Yep thats right. My $7,040 car payment finally went through today. According to the website the next date my car payment is due is on: 06/12/2011. Now I only owe $976.66 on my loan. I here its not necessarily good to pay off loans so quick like this, but hey, I hate owing people money and this just means I can get my iPhone sooner.

Not bad having a $8,300 loan just about paid off in 2 months. YAY me!

Recent loan survey states increased percentage of people borrowing instant loans. Other categories like student loans as well as pay day loans require more time to process unlike the former category. An auto loan calculator make the accounting really easy. And any home loan bank can take care of the rest. Still for a finance loan uk still follows the old check policies.

Well, last week I owed just over $8,000 on my car that I got in October. Friday I paid just over $7,000 on that loan. So now I am awaiting the echeck (about the same speed as snail mail) to go through, so I can see exactly how much more I have left to pay off. It should only take 2-3 months to do so then I move on to the iPhone.

Well, this is where I decided to go to college. Why? For a few reasons I decided to go here.

A. Even though I wanted to get a BS in Computer Science, LMC offers an Associates in CIS:Programming (Computer Information Systems). Which still follows my path of programming.

B. Its relatively close to my house. Meaning, no room and board (not that they offer it anyways), any extra crap that comes with it. I drive from home/work and go to class then come back to home/work.

C. I have been there MANY times in the past for dual enrollment classes I took.

Tuesday is the deadline for Tuition and I am still awaiting for acceptance. If I don’t make it the winter 08 semester I will be going in the spring. Either way it will be a start to something good.

For certifications like 156-210, it is better if one has done a 70-620 as well. Other basic courses like 000-076 and 000-859 can be done without any other background knowledge though. A 642-901 might become a tad too difficult if a basic JN0-350 has not been done.

I got my hard drives from TigerDirect several days ago. All worked out well in the end. The drives were back ordered and thats what took so long. Not as long as some places when you order back ordered items. The pre-authorization charge was dropped 2 days later by the bank. Which was good.

I got my VPS up and running. It was a pain in the ass to get LAMP working but I did. Originally I tried to use Gentoo as its my favorite and it has portage. Well the networking wasn’t working with that version. So I decided to then use Slackware. Networking was working all was well, until I started trying to install stuff for LAMP. The pre-created template of Slackware I was using, was so stripped down it was missing a ton of stuff to install it. So after trying many times I ended up using CentOS4. Its fully running and comes with several of the packages I really needed. Even then I installed yum and had that grab the packages I needed as well as their dependencies.

I am happy. The power has been going out quite a bit here lately, so my mom got me a battery backup for Christmas.. So I am awaiting that so my VPS can work without me worrying if its going to destroy the file system apart. Before I got my drives the power went out and messed up the file system of the hard drive that was in. Luckily it only messed up KDE and not any of my web stuff.

The next step is to setup SubVersion and get that running good. I am new to it, but I could use it.

Today, there is no concept of a kitchens without the electronics. We need a food processor even more than the ingredients themselves. This holds true for a bunn coffee maker as well.
